IMMM BACKKK… Miss me?

 Hi everyone,

I havent been on BS, for QUITE awhile its pretty much been 1 year since i first started BS, i can say that after my last Blog in, i was a wreck and pretty much gave up loseing weight…… and gained back everything plus a bit more i was at 205lbs. BUT in the last month i lost 21 lbs i think?.. lol and it has motivated me to do soooo much better.. im going to continue to stick to what im doing so i can carry on with this weightloss, i feel so great about it…. i notice that i lose about half a pound a day.. im not sure if thats healthy so ive also started to take vitamines.

Im not… Fat??? :-O

So I had an appointment with my doctor/dietition today and he Pretty much told me that I am mostly Muscle and I dont carry much fat on my body :S… He said that my only Problem is that I retain ALOT of water and that I need to lose 20 lbs worth of water :S:S.
So im still going to stick to my new eating habbits But I have to Consume Alot more water in a day… which im going to find difficult since I drink so much water already!
I Also Asked him what kind of excercise I could do to lose/tone the jelly chunk on my lower stomach and he gave me a tip that im going to share with all of you Because its Sooo easy and lower belly fat/loose skin is tough to get rid of!

Anyways… he told me to stand up Streight and tall, and put my hands on his shoulders.. (he told me to user a towel rack or somthing when im at home) And then Suck in your stomach as much as possible and slowly bring your self up as high as you can on your tippy toes and do that 3 times at a time. and the other excercise was pretty much exactly the same but he told me to raise my arms streight up above my head.. he supported me so i wouldnt fall but im guessing maybe hold on to the top of a door frame I am 5′8 so I can reach that… im not to sure about some of you tiny people.. maybe ask hubby for support?.

Welp that was my day so far :D I kinda enjoyed it!
And I hope these new excercises will help!

Big bus stuck on the top of a hill!

Yep thats how I feel.. as if im a big bus that tryed to make it over a high hill but my underbody is caught on the top and my wheels are spinning… going nowwhere (if you know what I mean).
For the past little while Ive been stuck at 195, ive been excercising and walking my ass off.. and nothing is happening.. I tried even eating less and fewer calories just to try and break 194.. nothing seems to be working.. I guess this would be my first plateu??? if so I hate it.. but im not at all discuraged or ready to give yup!!! nope noway Im gonna keep Battling the Bulge everyway I know how!!!

so how did any you get past your first plateu…. or any plateu for that matter… Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

Chinese food = EVIL!!!!

YUP im a Rebel.
I ate a few chicken balls and egg rolls for breakfast….. I KNOW totally a big NONO!!:( and now my body is punishing me HARDCORE, it began suddenly after I ate…. Cramps, nausea, then I laid down and fell asleep for an hour and suddenly woke up due to pain in my stomach… then I ran to the bathroom and got so sick!!! it was asif my body was like “lori you bitch!!!! your supost to be helping me not littering me with Junk!!!” Well I guess this is it. Im kind of glad it made me sick! I have definatly learned my lesson, and im definatly making up for it for the rest of the day… and start my excercise rutine once my stomach settles and the nausous feelings are gone:).
  On a better note, the past couple days my diet has been fantastic! Small meals filled with Clean food and alot of fruit and veggies, the scale even says 195 but im not gonna put that on my Weight ticker untill I know that its permanant just cuz my weight tends to fluctuate!!

anyways I guess im finished now… i just thought id Report in and tell everyone how things were goin and stuff.

Goooood morning all! how is everyone?
Well Yesterday was a bit tough my Boyfriend Howard and I got invited out to His Trainers (for work) House for a pancake breakfast, there was pancakes (obviously) ahhaha sausages, bacon and fruit. and i was like “go figure” usually when i try to lose the pounds somthing with yummy food always happens hahha, Anyways I only ate a little bit and thank god thoes pancakes were tiny it made it alot easyer!!! and then later My jerk of a bf was basically waving his chips and an oreo cakester in my face lol I visioned myself dumping his things in the garbage:P but I ended up having some pringles select.. oh well…
today im goin to make up for yesterday so far ive did major crunches on the excerball had an extra healthy breakfast with whole grain toast with light cream cheese and an apple :) Pretty gooood Huhhhh? lol i donno minus the cream cheese but i dont wanna get rid of everything i love :(, i just keep telling myself that every little bit counts:D and on the Upside I Lost TWO POUNDS!!!! i know its prolly just water weight but… i guess its a start

First Blog EVER!!!!!

k so here i am, ive reached the point where i really need to lose weight, ive fiddled around with numerus weightloss technics but i usually give up :(.  anyways i weighed myself last week and it said 199 and my heart just well… kinda broke i guess i couldnt believe that i let that happen since the last time i checked i was 185 and that was 3 months ago :(. PLUS my BMI said i was obese :( i would have never thought of myself as obese lol it kinda hurt my feelings lol.

so in search of ideas and ways to help lose weight i came across this website and i thought it was awesome!!! i really think this will help me do what i wanna do!

stay as far away from that 200 mark as possible ;)
